Payment:
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit the day of ordering. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to when item is need. Ready to serve orders are paid in full when ordering.
Ordering:
Pick-up and delivery items must be ordered no later than 3 weeks prior to when item is needed. Shipped items must be ordered no later than 2 weeks prior to when item is needed.
Cancellation/Refund:
If deciding to cancel a custom order within 72 hours, the non-refundable deposit of 50% can be transferred to a new date request within a 2-month period from that date. Ready to serve orders (cake jars) can be refunded if order is cancelled within 24 hours. If a customer who picked-up or requested delivery dislikes texture or flavor of cake cannot get a refund but can offer a discount or credit for next order. The cake must be brought back within 4 hours with more than of half the cake remaining to get the discount. If a customer who requested shipped dislikes texture or flavor of cake cannot get a refund but can offer credit for next order.
Damages/ Late Arrival:
Once custom orders have been picked-up, delivered or shipped item cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the hand-crafted work, number of hours, and products used. Shipped and Ready to serve orders may be credited for next the order if damaged or lost in route to address provided. Pick-up or delivered orders may be brought back if fixable damage was made after receiving item.
Changes:
Pick-up or delivered custom orders can request design changes up unlit 5 days before the date needed. Shipped custom orders can request design changes up to 7 days before ship date. If a customer needs to change the date the item is needed it should be done within 72 hours of placing the order. Customer will be able to schedule for new date or will be scheduled to next available date.
Ready to serve:
Our operating hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday, and we are closed on Sunday. Orders are typically processed and made within a 3 to 7-day timeframe. Orders will be shipped every Wednesday, please give 1- 3 days to be delivered.
